Description

So here's this fellow. Good god he gave me so many problems... For more pictures of him: sta.sh/21jlvb973b9k

First of all, he took THREE hours to rehydrate fully(two hours to where I could turn his ears the right way since they were inside his head), and even then his lower lip, one eye, and nose didn't rehydrate well enough. So I started working on those parts to thin them down.

I had to basically re-do everything on this guy. Re-split the eyes and lips, thin down the whole mouth area because his skin was so thick, try to turn his ears a bit more, and to top it all off, his nose wasn't split whatsoever...

Just working on him took me five hours, where about an hour and a half was fixing up his face to make him properly prepped. Even with all of that, I couldn't get his nose split. I opted for just remaking his nose with clay. His lips were stiff and he has a very odd head. I had to shave down the form on the sides and the muzzle to suit him, despite the form being the right nose-to-eye.

He was certainly a learning experience, and this is the first time I've done any sort of false nose. Basically everything that could have been wrong, was. XD Yet somehow I managed with the guy.

I really like the shape of his eyes and how the slightly golden color brings out the gold highlights in his coat. And his nose isn't half bad either!  Once you get it painted up, it'll blend in just fine.
