Today's catch

This was today's catch for me in a couple hours. A 17" channel catfish, a 7 1/2" bluegill, and an 8" bluegill.
These fish are dead in the picture, about to be filleted.
Mmmm I can't wait. But first I need a shower. I smell like fish, and I have fish scales in my hair from descaling those bluegills. The skin from the catfish fillets I intend to tan and use for crafts. I literally try not to waste anything. The rest of the catfish's body and the bluegills' heads are near the canal now waiting to be picked up by natural predators.
