I was inspired to draw this by a dream I had. 
The ribbon around their wrists is like a courtship thing. Did it on paper because I'm much quicker to sketch on paper, and I can keep the anatomy generally correct.

Ready for some critique?
I love the legs, the hind paws, and the morphed hands/arms. The anatomy of those is exquisite. The tails blend smoothly with the body, which is difficult for me to get right, so I admire that. The fur is also really well done in a great style that I could never mimic properly. It's really a well-done piece, and the twists of the string are perfect.
I also love the expressions on their faces. It's enchanting.
The head of the left wolf (male?) is slightly too large for his body. It looks as though you started drawing his head, then later decided to draw the body and they are not quite in sync, though the easy flow of fur-indicative lines helps tie them together and they don't look totally out of whack.
Overall it's really quite good, with only a few minor problems with perspective and proportion. The two look like they are on the same wavelength dancing together and honestly, I would love permission to do a derivitive work--the idea is fascinating!
